Terms of Service

The service

MarlinVix provides an AI assistant that answers questions about a website you own or are authorised to operate, delivered through a licensed WordPress plugin and a hosted API.

Licenses

A license key binds to the number of domains allowed by your plan. Keys are confidential; you are responsible for requests made with your key. Keys may be revoked for abuse or non-payment.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to attack third-party systems, bypass quotas, resell raw model access, or process content you do not have the right to process.

Quotas

Usage is metered server-side. When a plan quota is reached, further AI requests are refused until the next billing period or an upgrade.

Availability

The service is provided without an uptime warranty unless a written agreement states otherwise. Component status is published on the status page.

Changes

Material changes to these terms will be announced before they take effect.
