Privacy Policy

MarlinVix is operated by Key Solutions. This page describes what the platform actually stores and processes today.

Account data

We store your email address, workspace details, websites you register, subscription state, license metadata and usage counters. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are never visible to the application.

Website content

To answer a question, the platform fetches pages from your public website at request time and caches the retrieved extracts for up to one hour, and generated answers for up to 24 hours. Caches are scoped to your workspace and website.

Visitor questions

Visitor questions are sent to the configured AI provider to generate an answer. We record aggregate usage (counts and token totals) for metering. We do not publish, sell or share conversation content.

AI providers

By default, requests are processed through the MarlinVix managed AI gateway. If you supply your own OpenAI, Gemini or Anthropic key, it is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only in memory at call time. Provider processing is then subject to that provider's own terms.

Logs

Audit and security logs record actions, resource identifiers and a pseudonymised (hashed) IP address. Raw IP addresses, passwords, tokens and API keys are not written to logs.
