Refund Policy

Paid checkout is not yet enabled on this environment. The policy below applies once live payment credentials are configured.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end date.

Refund window

A first subscription payment may be refunded within 7 days if the platform could not be made to work for your site. Renewal payments are not refundable once the period has started.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment gateway that processed the charge, and are recorded against the original transaction.
